Is anyone in my network looking for someone with a strong Learning & Development/Talent Management background? - Currently a Head of L&D for a very strong tech brand but has also been heavily involved in culture, employee engagement and TA. - She started off her career running Graduate training programmes nationally - She then moved into a Tech start-up as their first L&D hire, she joined when the company was 300 people and helped them scale to 2000 - She built out the entire L&D function single handedly and was also responsible for Recruitment, Engagement and Employer Brand. As they scaled, she built and lead a team of 30 - The founder was so impressed with her work, he asked her to do exactly the same thing again for another Tech business he had invested in that was gearing up for a sale - At her current company, she was the first L&D hire and she has worked very closely with the founder to build out the whole L&D function from scratch including a skills matrix and assessment for every function in the business, job levelling, designing and launched a performance management framework from scratch and leading leadership development programs - She has also been heavily involved in developing, designing and codifying the culture - when she first joined, there was a great culture but no one really knew how to describe it – there was no clear direction. She has implemented defined behaviours, coached the SLT through these behaviours and has achieved a 95+ ENPS score. She loves having a Talent Management focus to her role but she is keen to develop into a No1 Head of People / VP People role in the future, so she would love to get into a role that also gave her exposure to more generalist activities that will push her to achieve her goal. She loves working with Founders (and has heaps of experience in doing so), in a fast paced, scaling environment and gets huge satisfaction in helping people to grow and be succesful 😊 As a person she is so friendly, she has huge attention to detail but she is also super concise and direct in her approach. She would be an asset to any business and I think she will be snapped up quickly! She is looking for upwards of £110,000 mark and is based in London.
